B+Tech Oy started operation in early 2008. The company has grown rapidly and is now looking for international opportunities. The company is owned by Clay Technology AB in Sweden and Saanio & Riekkola Oy in Finland.

Presently our resources are focused on the research, development and engineering of clay and especially bentonite based engineered barrier systems used for the disposal of spent nuclear fuel.

One of our key clients is Posiva Oy. It’s assignment can be seen as Finland’s biggest environmental-protection project as well as Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB’s assignment in Sweden correspondigly. Their assignments are to manage and dispose of all radioactive waste from power plants to secure maximum safety for human beings and the environment.
